I offer QuickBooks® Setup services to make the process of setting up your books easier and more efficient. The aim is to save you time and ensure that your books are maintained in a seamless manner. In addition to setting up your books, I will also provide training to you and your staff on the best practices for using QuickBooks® in your day-to-day operations. With this training, you and your team will have the knowledge and skills to effectively manage your financial records and streamline your business processes. Install the software
Design and set up a chart of accounts and the entire accounting package including payroll, accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable, as needed.
Determine your QuickBooks® starting date
Load your chart of accounts and balances as of that starting date
Prepare a list of the items that you sell to your customers. This list includes services, inventory parts, non-inventory parts, other charges, and sales taxes
Enter your outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable details as of your starting date.
Enter your ending statement bank balances and outstanding checks & deposits in transit as of your starting date.
Enter your transactions since your start date into QuickBooks®
Train client or client staff in the use of the software to meet your accounting, management, and tax needs.
Ongoing Services:
Follow-up training to ensure that you’re “on the right track”.
Periodic review of QuickBooks® data to assist in tax preparation and management reports.
